SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

“When will I get my order?”

Your order normally ships within 3 business days of your purchase. If items are shipped from the USA, you should receive your package within 10 – 15 days. Items shipped from outside the USA can take 30 days or more for delivery.

Shipments will be made by ground delivery to the SHIPPING ADDRESS you provided at time of purchase. Please note that some items sold in our Team Store are imported directly from manufacturers in other countries, and as a result, Customs delays and/or small additional costs could sometimes occur. We ask that all our Team Sponsors remember this when ordering, and not interpret this as poor service from us or as an appropriate reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback. WE PROMISE TO STRIVE AT ALL TIMES TO IMPROVE AND FACILITATE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF ALL SPONSOR ORDERS.

Note:

  • Seller shipping times aren’t guaranteed and the actual delivery performance varies by seller.
  • All shipping information applies to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states only.
  • Customers in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii should please contact TeamNut to learn what products are available in their area and any extra charges that may apply.
  • Shipping fees may vary depending on the product – please consult products pages for specific charges.

YOUR PURCHASES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Done best, Fundraising is a TEAM EFFORT. When it comes to raising club money, we are all working together – Team, Sponsor, and TeamNut. We help the Team give the Sponsor great ways to both support and accompany the Team wherever it goes.

Because the Sponsor is such an important component of any fundraising effort, the Team shall always consider the Sponsor FIRST. Consequently, TeamNut Policy is that NO Sponsor money will be released to the Team until the Sponsor is satisfied with their purchase. Only then will Sponsor money be paid to the team.

Therefore, in effort to assure satisfaction to all, TeamNut extends a 15 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD on most sales from The Team Store (see exceptions below). All money received from the Sponsor will be held until the Sponsor has received their purchased items and has had 15 days to return or replace any items which are broken or not as ordered. ONLY after this 15 day period will TeamNut consider the Sponsor to be SATISFIED and the SALE FINAL. ONLY after this period will Sponsor money be released to the team. In this way the Team can be proud to know they stand behind their Sponsors with a fair guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE: IN ANY CASE, NO PURCHASE REFUNDS WILL BE PAID BY TeamNut AFTER COMMISSION PAYMENT HAS BEEN RELEASED TO THE TEAM.

RETURNING ITEMS WHICH YOU HAVE ORDERED

In most cases, you may return BROKEN ITEMS OR ITEMS NOT AS ORDERED within 15 days of delivery confirmation. Certain items such as electronics, personal items, and food products (SEE EXCEPTIONS) may have no guarantee or may have a manufacturer’s written guarantee. Also, items may require return shipping expenses and/or re-stocking fees to be paid by YOU, the customer.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

ABOUT REFUNDS
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the individual item, the condition of the item, and how the item was purchased.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once order is processed without being subject to re-stocking and/or other fees.
ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED
Before you return your item, make sure that your item can be returned.

TeamNut will not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items more than 15 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
  • Items purchased from sellers other than TeamNut (seller may accept the return)
  • Some jewelry items (see product description page in The Team Store)
  • Health and personal care items
  • Grocery and food products
  • Open software
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  • Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation

Note:If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective, please contact TeamNut RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
ABOUT REPLACEMENTS
You can exchange or replace an item within 15 days of confirmed delivery* through our RETURNS DEPARTMENT if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item sold by TeamNut and want to replace it with the same item.

Confirmed delivery DOES NOT require signature at delivery, unless buyer has set up this feature with shipper prior to delivery.

Note: Updating a payment method in MyAccount will not change the payment method on any open orders you have placed.
APPLY A GIFT CARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Add your gift and promotion cards at Check Out when making purchases in The Team Store.
ADD AND MANAGE ADDRESSES
You can add, edit, and delete addresses from your Address section in My Account.

Note: Updating an address in My Account will not change the shipping address on any open orders you have placed, or the shipping address on your Wish List.
CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS
You can make changes to your e-mail address or passwords in My Account.
